Using the best of Mull produce, prepared from fresh and cooked in her own kitchen, Chef Helen Swinbanks has created an exciting new menu. The emphasis is on Scotland and the Isle of Mull in particular with produce traceable to the farm where it was produced or the boat from which it was landed.
