The Isle of Mull

Often confused with the Mull of Kintyre and overshadowed by its better known neighbours like Skye (an island no longer by the way), Mull has kept its secrets well hidden.

The keyword is variety:

its varied scenery ranges from forest dripping with lichen and moss to the wilderness of Ben More to coastal crags, cliffs, bays and beaches.

a bewildering variety of wildlife – sea eagles, golden eagles, deer ,otter, and the rest are easily found and observed – and then there’s the marine life…

a centre of culture for art, theatre and music

a centre for action packed holidays on water or land

or a place where you can just drive our single track roads and take in the scenery at the more relaxed pace of an earlier era stopping to take in a beach, a waterfall, or a ruined village.
