Smorgasbord of local and Scottish meats with pickles, Mull cheddar, soft boiled quails egg and homemade local beer, bacon and cheddar bread

Spiced red wine poached pear with Arran Blue cheese paté and toasted walnut salad

            Home smoked monkfish with radish, Croig crab, apple and watercress                          salad and crispy scampi

Roast butternut squash, courgette, red onion and feta cheese wellington with   tomato and basil sauce

Croig lobster 'BLT' - half Croig lobster on a grilled crouton with garlic mayonnaise, roasted beef tomato, guacamole, red onion and crispy pancetta

Roast loin of local venison with slow braised venison pie, sweet potato and nutmeg mash, bacon wrapped green beans and rosemary and port jus
